Physique Warehouse has a team of great experts on hand, our committed team helping to earn our listing as one of Time Out London's favourite gyms. January 2015 saw us nominated as Gym of the Week by Men's Fitness Magazine

Committed to excellence, personal trainers at Physique Warehouse gym are led by Simon 'Diesel' Yates. 

Qualified and experienced, many of our team are athletes and ex-competitors themselves. They offer advice on training programmes, diet and supplements, as well as their expert knowledge.

You can expect bespoke training programmes, focused professional support and 100% encouragement of your best efforts. Personal training fees vary depending on your training ambitions.
