We now stock all our clothing, boots, kit and nutritional supplements in our gym shop in West Molesey, Surrey... and before you ask, yes there's enough room!
If we said we're serious about what we do, it doesn't mean that you can't come to play, train and sweat in our spacious gym. No jacuzzis, but a friendly and easy atmosphere - despite our range of serious hammer strength equipment.
We attract and welcome all sorts of people - from our serious competitors, including current world and national champions, to our locals who are happy just keeping themselves fit, healthy and toned.
Those who're new to the game especially benefit from our free advice on nutritional and training programmes and our free on-site personal trainers. Everyone benefits from the fact that our full range of kit is on site, all year round, from 6am - 10pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm every weekend - apart from bank holidays of course.
You can come just to get what you need from our shop, have a free work-out on us to see what all the fuss is about - or else, become one of our latest new members. We'd be delighted to see you, whatever your choice. Our members use a range of serious equipment in modern, urban work-out zones
